1. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and will be delivered within 5-6 business days.

2. We do not guarantee exactness as to the finish or appearance of the product as ordered by you. There might be a slight change in color due to photographic reasons.

3. There is also a possibility that you may need to alter the merchandise to ensure that it properly fits you due to variation in the size may vary from one brand to another.

4. We endeavor to provide your merchandise that is of the best quality. However, We don’t guarantee that the merchandise will meet your expectations as many of the products are handmade, and there may be a variation in each piece.

5. We are not liable to compensate you if the quality of any product/merchandise purchased by you through the website did not meet your expectations. At most We may allow you to change the size of the product only.

6. We can add/change/destroy any Privacy Policy/Term/Condition/Cancellation policy/Return, replacement, and refund policy anytime, anywhere without any further notice to any party i.e Customer/Delivery partners/Merchants or Collaborators.

7. If you have interacted with us on our website/placed an order or provided service to Us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Also, you agree to other policies which include RETURN/REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY, CANCELLATION POLICY, AND PRIVACY POLICY.

Refund Policy

Facing a problem with the order you received and want to get it exchanged or returned? No problem. For all online orders, we offer easy returns and exchanges. All you got to do is fill out this simple Return Form to request an exchange or return of the item.

Guidelines for Returns/Exchanges:

* Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The shipping cost of the product(s) will be borne by the customer. We shall check the shipping date from your end and if the shipping date exceeds the 14-day return period, the product will no longer be eligible for a return or an exchange.

* All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. (Of course, in case you receive products in a damaged condition, we might request you to click a picture and share them with us for review.)

* Once we receive the product(s) for return or exchange, the credit note will be issued only after a satisfactory quality check by our team.

* We do not offer a cash refund on returns of the online orders from our website. The total value of the returned products will be refunded to you in form of a credit note on the customer’s registered email address.

* Discounted or sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.
